[Sunhelp] syslogd messages from remote workstations

Greetings,
The -r flag for the Linux syslogd lets it recieve messages from network 
clients, since the Linux syslogd wont do that per default. 
The solaris syslogd works in a different way, so my guess is that
editing the syslog.conf and then restarting syslogd should work.
