[SPARCbook] Lost horizontal on mouse, ideas?

Hey,

There's an article somewhere on how to replace the mouse, it's pretty =
messy, involves a scalpel and a spare IBM Thinkpad keyboard :)

Try reading the article, I think there's a link to it from the FAQ, and =
removing the keyboard and see if it's something as simple as a loose =
connection. Actually, don't see, pray...

I doubt very much it's as simple as just needing cleaning, nipple mice =
are no-maintenance devices.

Subject: [SPARCbook] Lost horizontal on mouse, ideas?

Well, my 3GS has been sitting for some time ( a month or so) while I
recovered. A visit friend wanted to check it out, so I fired it up, =
only
to find that the horizontal has failed on the "eraserhead" mouse in the
keyboard. Vertical works fine, as do the buttons.

Anybody know if this is a common thing, that can be fixed w/cleaning, or
if I need to replace the mouse?
If so, can I get replacement units easily?

TIA,

-Pete
