I've got 4 drive/tray thingies, 1.2GB.  They came from Tadpole P1x00 boxes, but
work just fine in a SPARCBook (I've done it twice now).  They're just the
standard 1.2GB SCSI drives in Tadpole trays.

Asking $150 each, OBO.  Buyer pays shipping, PayPal preferred.  If $150 is too
much for you, make a reasonable offer;  I'm flexible.

I'll likely get some more of these sometime soon.
