[rescue] T5220 update

bshow /SYSb, executed immediately after bstart /SYSb shows all the
targets, the Properties, and then commands.

Under Properties, the only things that look interesting are bkeyswitch_state
= Normalb,  bfault_state = OKb and bpower_state = Offb.
