I'm guessing the "LE" in 3/60LE stands for "Less Expensive", lol.  The LE is a minimal configuration with only 12MB memory capacity.  (4 MB using cheaper 256 KB SIMMs + optional 8 MB using 1 MB SIMMs.)  Even a mono framebuffer wasn't included (but is available as an optional P4 card, which is what I got).  Folks mostly used the serial TTY port, I guess.  Other than that, it's very much like a regular 3/60.
