[rescue] Sunfire v120 fan replacement

Has anybody replaced the stock fans in a netra/sunfire v120 to quiet the roaring howl?

If so I'm looking for suggested replacement part numbers, manufacturer, etc info.

Mine are netras turned into sunfires by replacing the dc power supply with an ac version & changing the system board jumper to the sunfire banner screen.

I want to be able to use them in an office environment rather than a closed telco room.
