This was slightly different.  When the ALOM module has a static IP
address set, it behaves normally.  When it has DHCP turned on, it
crashes while booting up, and never gets around to powering on the host
system.  The only way I found to get ALOM back was boot the host system
with the power button, use the Solaris tools to halt/restart ALOM, and
bring ALOM back up with its network port disconnected.

They had a good thing going with LOM, LOMlite, and RSM, but ALOM is
garbage.  You'd think in 2008 they could just put RSM on a highly-
integrated ASIC and call it done.
