Yep, I've heard of 512M PC100 DIMMs - quite a few older PowerMacs take 'em.
For example, my Sawtooth G4 can take up to 1.5GiB in 4 DIMMs - 2x512MiB and
2x256MiB. Not sure what else takes 'em - I think post-BX chipset PIIIs
required PC133 RAM.

The PC100 parts crop up fairly often on LEM Swap - going price seems to be
around $40.
