Err, what? Yes they do. The ISOs for free download don't have all the
packages on them, but they will get the machine booted, the disk
partitioned, and kick off an FTP install for you.

As long as the machine has Ethernet, and you have a route to the Internet,
I can't see the problem?

ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/3.7/sparc/cd37.iso is what you would be
wanting.
