The U5 and U10 both use riser cards, the U10 riser has 4 PCI slots all
on
The same side of the card where the U5 riser has 3 slots alternating
sides.
I don't see why you couldn't use the same system board in both boxes,
albeit
with different riser cards. Here's the parts lists for system boards
