You want the EISA configuration utility.  This invariably ships on a
separate diskette.  It's probably available at Dell's site -somehwere-.

There are a few eisa_???.exe files in ftp://ftp.dell.com/utility/.
Perhaps one of those is what you need.

You'll be happy to learn that the Dell is certified to run certain
versions of Solaris/x86. ;)
