But this was not in the text of the auction, which specified only 
"Paypal".  All conditions for the auction must be enumerated clearly in 
the auction page itself.

It's for an address some 400+ miles from the shipping address.

This one wasn't directly for a rescue, but for a USB->RS232 dongle in 
the hopes that I could use my TiBook as a serial terminal for my 
rescues.  Or at the very least start using my Palm V again.
