[rescue] GDM 20e20 help

OK.  That's what I was wondering about.  It the boot process was
supposed to show up.

Well, it can't be that the monitor is toast because it works on a SS
classic.  I think I'll go with the crappy adapter theory.  pout.  Now I
have to wait even longer for a new adapter.
