Hey Kurt, you hiring? :)

Good management is pretty damn hard to find.  My last job was actually
the nicest..and the most evil.. not much depth in the dept but I didn't
really have a boss.  We'd have weekly meetings to discuss what the
company needed and each of us would just make it happen.  The CTO would
sign the PO's and that was pretty much the only approval ever needed.

yes, office space is the most dead-on movie i've ever seen.  oh what
perfect timing with the tanking of all these places as well.
