[rescue] HP C200 and onboard U/W scsi

According to the manual I downloaded from HP, the onboard UW should 
be configured in the boot prom as FWSCSI.  This doesn't seem to be 
the case or the chip is bad.  Anybody have a suggestion other than 
declaring the chip dead?
