Officially, the most I've done was 18crs. Unofficially (ie work that
ended up being uncredited) I once did 20crs. And that involved numerous
hard classes and a major research project (independent study. Originally
supposed to be 4crs, but got cut to 1cr for school budget reasons, but the
specs and expected results weren't changed at all).

At this point, 16cr a semester, and maybe one or two summer classes
will get me out in 3 semesters (I'm a senior, but I have credits that
don't help me graduate from when I was less desperate). If I tried to cut
that to only 2, well, I wouldn't be able to do that and keep working part
time. I think I can wait 3 semesters.

Sadly, coffee is not my friend. It leaves me wish a rather upset
stomache when I have real coffee. Coffee mixed with things, like the ways
candy ravers like it is tolerable, but not greate. I want to like coffee,
and I can stand the taste, just can't stand the stomache damage.

I have been known to resort to caffeine pills on a few desperate
occasions. Usually, I can go just fine without any supplements at all
though.

We will have to track down that kid and tell him so.
