Yes, you should.  It's slick :)

Not directly.  You still need rarpd on something to tell the computer it's
IP.

If the system in question can use bootp (netbooting alphas & PowerMacs,
for example) DHCP ISC's software will do what you need.

No, it won't help with rarp :( It was helpfull while netbooting NetBSD on
some sparcs though :)  (the SPARC second-stage booter uses bootp)
