It all depends on if the machine is secured or not.

When you turn it on and it beeps then hit the 'escape' key to bring you to
the ipl prompt
once there type 'boot pri isl' and hit return once at the isl prompt type
'hpux -iS' and hit return
the system should boot into single user mode and then set the password with
'passwd'

If the machine is secured just remove all the SCSI devices and it will force
the system into boot administration mode where you can disable boot
security.  Then follow above instructions.
