I have my wife and daughters to keep me sane.  Young children are
possibly the best therapy I could have - walking through door (no
matter what time of day) I usually end up with one kid wrapped around
each leg screaming "daddy's home, daddy's home!"

If that fails, I usually end up working on one of my project cars.  I
actually have 3 going now.  A '73 Plymouth Satellite, an '89
Volkwagen Jetta, and the PT Cruiser.  The Satellite is on the
5-year-plan - since parts are pretty darn hard to find
(body/suspension wise).  The Jetta should be started and finished
next summer - it's going to be a heavily modified, dropped, blown,
and widened GT-style street car (just barely street legal).  The PT
cruiser will get body parts from Xenon, Eibach springs, and a Whipple
supercharger - just to start with.  Each of those PT Cruiser
sub-projects will only take a day to complete, and will improve upon
it in a big way.

Paintball helps too.   A group of guys I work with and I try to get
out once a month for some .68 caliber excitement.  We found a place
not too far from work that has a nicely sized indoor course.  We're
trying to get enough interest to be able to do a company sponsered
event - engineering vs. sales.  We're trying to make it interesting
for the newbies and former law enforcement/military types we work
with (surprising number actually) by getting everyone to buy a 10
shot pistol.  Some of them are a little intimidated by those of us
with Bruizers, Automags, and Pirranhas.  We figure, everyone uses a
PT Enforcer 10 shot semi-auto pistol, and that should cut down on the
"massive spray" method that some of us use (not me, of course :).
