I have one from IBM. Paid $20 for it new at the Trenton Computer Fest
last year. Very good, but not quite as solid as the original IBM
keyboards. The left mouse button is starting to get less sensitive and
sometimes clicks twice on a single press. Unicomp (did they change
names?) at http://www.pckeyboard.com has one named the EP/104. I haven't
tried that model, though. They do sell and refurb the original IBMs.

I make a point of scavenging old PS/2 keyboards from wherever I work
when they go to throw them out. I'm down to one at work and one at home.
I'm not sure what I'll do when it wears out. I'd like to try one of
these:
    http://www.cvtinc.com/kybdfeatures.htm
    http://www.monu-cad.com/keyboard.htm
but I'm not sure I want to shell out $150+ for a keyboard and possibly
not like the feel.
