hehe, next you'll be saying that only the US has electricity :-)

Needless to say, the US is not the only place you can do inter-library loans.
Here, they're free within any particular local library system, but there's
usually a fee for borrowing from some other library system.  And a larger
fee for borrowing from the BL or from foreign libraries, who often want a
deposit on the book as well.
