ok, as far as home service goes, i can't really complain about them too much.
but from a business deal with them i recently had to endure, i'm really not
happy with them.  does it REALLY take 4 months to put a T1 line in?  does it?
no, it does not.  then why did it.  and keep in mind this is a business that
was dealing with verizon, not an individual.

my comment was out of line without a doubt.  and verizon is pretty good with
existing service, i can't say i have ever had any problems with them, but when
you are talking new service (lines need to be run) they should take a flying
leap.  in two out of two houses so far the Covad guy had to rewire the phone
box since the verizon techs had them all bungled up.
