[geeks] Phone service

Really an unfair statement - phone service in Verizon home market (NJ, PA,
DE, VA?) was fine, NyNEX inhalled deeply before Verizon got them, and since
most NyNEX employees remain, what are the hopes for a speedy turn-around?

I have no reason to think my phone is not available atleast 3 or 4 "nines"
(out of an optimal five nines).

I can count on one hand the number of times I wanted to make a phone call
and could not since I moved into this hous six years ago.
