Their tech support was great at resolving my initial installation issues
(although the issues were caused by their software crashing on a fresh
win98 box at an inoportune moment).  Their tech support is better than
what it used to be.  I sat around listening to friend trying to get
support, and those friends had a terrible time, which was particularly
aweful since the DSL was needed for a home business.
