I don't know of one.  You'll probably have to roll your own.
AIX is sufficiently different than Solaris, especially when it
comes to things like starting and stopping daemons started from
init (see: srcmstr & co.), that you'll be hard pressed to make 
a machine-hardening script written for Solaris to run on AIX
without a few errors on AIX.

(FYI: the AIX equivalent of JumpStart is Network Installation
Manager (NIM)).

Since you're new to AIX, I suggest adding comp.unix.aix to
your .newsrc and adding bookmarks to:

	http://www.bull.de/pub/
	http://aixpdslib.seas.ucla.edu/aixpdslib.html
