[SunHELP] Ufsrestore help

I used the interactive mode of ufsrestore to extract a file from the tape ...
the problem is when i add the file and give the command extract , it says
U have not read any volumes yet ..
Start from last to first ... etc
Specify next volume
the directory gets created but the file in it does not (i am not using the h
option)
Wats happening here ...
