If all that you want to use on the 2.6 disk are applications & data (not os
specific stuff)and they work with 2.7 then the disk should mount and work
ok.

I've got an E250 with 2 disks one disk has 2.6 installed and the other has
2.7 installed, the boot disk will be the 2.7 disk,
does anyone know if this will cause me problems with applications installed
and running on the 2.6 disk ?
