The files I applied are in ftp://ftp.spy.org/pub/sparckbook. It looks
like I did apply the 16/32 bit patch.  I do remember reading about that
on the list.

I've been fiddling with patchreport and fastpatch now.
I think I'm going to try giving that a whirl.. and then
just downgrade to 2.5.1.  At least there I could use the
ATA disk and the machine never crashed from X apps.
