AMI used to use Qlogic chips, but since LSI bought them out they use LSI
SCSI chips - LSI Logic U320 boards are Fusion-MPT underneath.

Unless someone is a subsidiary to someone else Qlogic has no relation to
LSI Logic.

Mylex was bought out by LSI Logic as was BusLogic and AMI.
