To they make compact fluorescents that won't cause trouble with those
lamp shades that clip directly to the bulb?

I have heard reports that compact fluorescents are getting a better
color balance these days.

I'd love a nice SOG LCD panel to replace the Sun 20" monitor. Better
still if it was a panel with dual inputs.

The second monitor needs to be flexible as to what inputs it will take,
at least until I get around to making a universal sync converter/signal
cleanup/frequency converter/frame scaler box. The Dell works
beautifully, but a larger monitor in it's place would be very nice.

But, overall, a decent LCD panel to replace either monitor would cost
too much.

That's reassuring.
