[rescue] Solaris 86 on non-HCL hardware

Solaris x86 is horribly slow on PC hardware compared to the 
alternatives.  Just wondering, have you ever tried or considered trying 
a recent release of OpenBSD?   It runs quite well on hardware of that 
vintage, and would have no problem serving files to a Windows client 
via Samba.
