[rescue] SGI monitor dead

Go on eBay and find a used IBM P200 monitor.  All the ones I've seen have
13W3 connectors on the back and work beautifully with SGIs, Suns, PCs, and
Macintoshes.  If you can afford it, the P260 is better (higher resolution,
bigger) and should be just as compatible; however, I can't verify what
sort of connector they have.

The P200 is just a rebadged Sony, but I like the fact that, unlike a lot
of others, it still knows how to sync to just about anything.
