The U60 takes standard 60ns ECC DSIMMs that work
in the 10/20/U1/U2/U30/U60 -- unless you want to
be able to use the memory in an U80 at some point
you don't need anything unusual or special, right?
(If you *do* want U80 memory, you need "special" memory for
much more $$$ [1]).

For DSIMMs, I just picked up 8x64 (512MB total) for $180
shipped in a recent eBay auction--sun barcoded 501-2480.
Seller was Hard Drive Outlet. That looks like a good
deal to me (4 kits of X7003A, which would be >$2000 from
Sun if purchased for list price last I checked.) I'd
love to find it cheaper, but $90 for a 4x64 bank is
pretty good.

If you want anything higher density then GFL--I found
one pair of 2x128 for $135, but usually those are still
going for over $100 a stick.

--Rip (who notes that even mrbill can't always remember
to change titles to something more relevant.)

[1] X7043A is the equivalent of X7003A, but gets you
"Sun Ultra 5V memory" instead of "Sun Ultra Systems
memory" for 20% more money on the last price list I have.
