Oh, goody, somebody got back to me!

The drives are encased in gray plastic with diagonal vents on the front, a
two-inch purple lever, and no "visible" screws. They bear a SUN PART #:
5402784-03. I'm guessing the two torx heads visible through each of the side
slots are what you are referring to, so I am going to run to the hardware
store to find myself that tool. Please, if I am making a fatal mistake, let
me know.
