[SunRescue] Axil Ultima 1 and 300mhz CPU upgrade

I have an Axil Ultima 1 that has a 167 mhz processor.  From what I can 
tell, and from what I remember reading on the remnants of Axil's web page 
(before it disappeared) this processor is in an Ultra 2 style slot, and can 
be upgraded in a similar manner as an Ultra 2.

So, I tok a gamble and bought a 300mhz (2 meg cache) Ultra 2 CPU off ebay. 
It will be here in a few days.

Any hints on installing it, before I give it a go?  I hope I can make it 
work, as this is a nice computer.  The motherboard is on a cool thing, so 
it can just slide directly out the back.

I really wish I could find an Axil Ultima 1 manual or service docs 
somewhere.  I've looked all around then net, but to no avail.  Certainly 
they exist...

Anyway, I'd appreciate any advice...
