[SunRescue] 450mhz Ultra 2

Alas, I just got my hands on an Ultra 2, and it does not work with a
450MHZ/4MB module pulled from an E420r.

It boots to the PROM banner, identifies the module as 256MHZ, and then goes
into a 'RED State Exception' loop over and over. Sending a break does
nothing.

Incidentally, you can add the limit-ecache-size command to any OBP:

However, it does not persist across resets. :/

This Ultra 2 was running OBP 3.19. I won't have the chance to upgrade it to
3.25 and try it.
