I dunno.  I've only been a "IT" person for about twelve years (when *I*
started it was Data Processing) and I've seen every kind of employer, from
good to bad, during recession and the boom years.  It just seems easier to
justify boorish behavior when times are bad.

	I suspect that we are just seeing the start of this crash in the
tech sector. The problem is not the employees or the projects or the ideas
but the guys running the companies.
