[SunRescue] Finally got DSL

We've had a T1 into this apartment bldg for a while, but it went away. now
we have a rather crummy solution - a box at a colo facility, and tunneled
out through neighbor's cable modem...its slow and unreliable.

I'd like to get a DSL line. I want tomsething reliable and reasonably
cheap, but I WANT TO USE MY OWN IP SPACE! I've got a /22 set aside just
for this. Can anyone recommend an ISP that will let me route my own IP
space?
