True, you need to store your coffee in small quantities in airtight 
containers or in
metalic vacium sealed bags. and don4t keep the opened bag for more then 
one weeks.
That4s what the specialist vendor told me once. Also do not put coffee 
in the freezer to
cool after roasting better to put in in a dark cupboard or airing closet 
and let it cool
naturally.
