I find no support for this CPU working in an Ultra 2, though I do see support for 400 MHz CPUs in Ultra 2s...

Please don't take this as absolute, but I'm pretty sure it won't work - if it did, I'm sure there would be "google-able" posts about such configurations - I found none...
