I'd thought something like that would be a solution, but I must confess I am "Flash archive" ignorant (something that should be worked on ;^)... It could be an interesting project, but I don't think I would be able to share my efforts (license issues - the solaris install/executables would be part of the .iso, and would not be able to be shared by me without explicit license from Sun, I would imagine).

Well, I think the sunfreeware CD/effort goes a long way towards putting all the bits together, but the trick is the pre-configured part...
Maybe I'll take a look at the Sun Blueprints and see if I can't put a simple Flash archive together (for, say, the web server image) - are the freely available Sun Blueprints geared towards this kind of effort?
