It's a label printing app called Loftware.  The sticky bit is that the 
software they provide to connect the app to the Oracle databse (so the 
printer values can be written so the other ERP apps can use it to print 
.. didn't connect.  Hard to move from Pilot to Production if you can't 
overwrite the Pilot printer definitions with the Production ones

I'm doing something wrong, obviously - this worked flawlessly in Dev 
and Pilot.  I'll get together with tech support and they can make me 
feel dumb for not noticing the dropped comma or something obvious.
