So I'm the ISO at $health_insurance_company and I'm looking to hire a
business continuity analyst. Someone with experience in disaster recovery
planning, business continuity, etc. If you (or someone you know) has such
skills, is experienced with Strohl Systems's LDRPS software and wants to
live in Arizona, EMAIL ME NOW DAMMIT!!!!

Here's the job description:
Job Title: Business Continuity Analyst
Reporting to: Information Security Officer
You will be a member of the Corporate Data Security Team
Job Description
Provides professional, specialized skills, including business continuity
planning, project management and problem analysis and resolution.
Participates in major project assignments to:
Assist department managers in resolving business issues related to work
area
(business function) recovery planning and recovery plan development /
enhancements.
Capitalize on business opportunities to refine production processes to
mitigate exposure during disruptions of service, and, possibly, improve
day-to-day operations.
Facilitates and coordinates the development of work area (business
function)
business continuity plans for all Consumer & Commercial business units.
Employment Standards
2 - 3 years experience in insurance, information security, business
continuity, or related fields.
CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Planner) certification desired.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong verbal/written communications. Must be able to interface and
coordinate work efficiently and effectively with department managers in
remote locations.
Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and
managing resources to achieve target dates.
Must be a productive team player in a team environment.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Novell
GroupWise)
Travel and off-hour on-call support may be required.
Specific Skills Desired:
Experience with Strohl Systems LDRPS v. 9.x a plus.
Experience with Revolution 3.x or 4.x a plus.
Experience in the Insurance Industry a major plus.
Previous experience in a military, civil or federal emergency response
unit
a plus.
Good documentation, writing and proofreading skills are a must.
