depends on the ram.
sun as 32mb, 64mb, 128mb, & 256mb dimms for the u10.

with 4 dimm slots, it could have 4 x 64mb dimms
this means that you cannot upgrade ram without displacing a bank of
dimms (2 dimms in each od 2 banks, if i recall correctly).  this will
add to your expense if you will be upgrading the ram.

using 2 x 128mb dimms, there would be 2 open dimm slots.  you could
upgrade easily.  (2 x 128mb dimms or 2 x256mb dimms).

the 9gb hard drive might be a little small but with the most current
obp flash update and solaris 8, you will be able to use larger (and
non-sun) hard drives.  (i have used 20gb & 40gb seagate drives in u10s
successfully.)

recognizing the ram situation, this appears to be a good price for a
360mhz u10.
