[SunHELP] "DT Messaging failed to start" HUH?

the tooltalk database is corrupt.
clean it out and everything will work fine.

sun has instructions in an infodoc on how to do this.
there are actually 4-6 infodocs that are applicable.

a google search on the error messages will also point to the solution.

if you have a sun contract, a call to sun support will get you the 
information.

the sun ray software comes with a certain amount of support.

sun managers mailing has the infodoc numbers in its archive.

(i am not at work so i don't have access to the documents.)
