[SunHELP] Performance monitoring tool

for me, I monitor CPU, DISK, Memory, SWap sapce
I use Net-SNMP(previously known as, ucd-snmp) and MRTG,
as I know SNMP can also monitor process in machine. surely its free.

for Solaris (Freeware). It should support GUI / Graphs. And also it
