You can set multiples by just listing them. However, I suspect you actually 
want to use more than one at once. Problem ... not supported;

In bound - not Unix issue - see your router docs - bet you have this sorted.
Out bound - tricky 'cos all OS's use the first outbound route on the box.

Solutions;

1. Install OSPF or similar and let server join the routing network - oh joy
2. Install DefaultRouter http://www.DefaultRouter.com/
