I followed some of the recomendatinos from past emails. I have now SecureCRT
v3.3.3

>Everytime I boot the netra It freezes and the output is as follows:
>
>>*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*->Netra
>>t1 (UltraSPARC-IIi 360MHz), No Keyboard
>>OpenBoot 3.10.25 ME, 320 MB memory installed, Serial #12762194.
>>Ethernet address 8:0:20:c2:bc:52, Host ID: 80c2bc52.
>>
>>Boot device: disk File and args:
>>SunOS Release 5.8 Version Generic_108528-07 64-bit
>>Copyright 1983-2001 Sun Microsystems, Inc. All rights reserved.
>>\
>>
>>INIT: /etc/inittab truncated or corrupted
>>INIT: Cannot create /var/adm/utmpx
>>INIT: failed write of utmpx entry:" "
>>INIT: failed write of utmpx entry:" "
>>INIT: SINGLE USER MODE
>>
>>Type control-d to proceed with normal startup,
>>(or give root password for system maintenance):
>>*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-

Now happens that I pressed I don't know what convinations of keys and I did
this:

>SINGLE USER MODE
>
>Type control-d to proceed with normal startup,
>(or give root password for system maintenance): Login incorrect
>
>Type control-d to proceed with normal startup,
>(or give root password for system maintenance):

Somehow the term it's not frozen at all. I want to know wich keystrokes I
have to send to the netra to emulate "control-d" because simple ctrl+d on my
PC-101 Keyboard doesn't work. I have mapped my keyboard to emulate a Linux
keyboard. That's the only thing I've changed from other attempts in the
past.

Any suggestion is welcome.

Thanks
