[SunHELP] 13W3 to HD15

Hi guys,

I'm not subscribed to the list, so please cc me in any response.

I'm trying to find a link to the wiring diagram of 13W3 (Sun Video Adapter)
male to HD15 (VGA Female) conversion.  The system is a U30 with a Creator3D
card, and going to a flat panel TFT.

I've found lots of links for people selling them, but nothing in terms of
how to make them.

Thanks in advance for any info/links you guys can offer.
