[SunHELP] Slow newfs 36GB HD - Solaris 7

I have to agree. After doing more testing on other systems I came to
the conclusion that Solaris 2.6 and 2.7 are just slower at formating. I
was concerned that there might have been other issues with disk io in
general but apparently not!
